9. 1999年12月，“西安旅游集团大晟实业有限责任公司”由陕西大晟实业有限责任公司与西安旅游集团于合资成立；

13. 2003年1月，公司为迎合西部大开发的经济热潮，更好的展示公司形象及突出专业化性质，公司决定正式将“西安旅游集团大晟实业有限责任公司”更名为“西安旅游集团大晟青铜文化艺术品公司”；
14. 2003年3月，大晟公司荣获“2000-2003年就业先进会员企业”的光荣称号；
15. 2003年，中央电视台4年举办一次的“国际大专辩论会”其奖品再次指定由我公司独家承作；
16. 2003年7月，董事长张俊锋女士荣获“第九届陕西省杰出青年企业家”光荣称号，为此项称号中的唯一一名女性杰出青年企业家。同时她的事迹已经编入《陕西省优秀（杰出）青年企业家风采录》中；
